Monthly Blood Pressure Screening
Join Karen Kansler, RN, from Good Samaritan Hospital on the 2nd Friday of each
month at 9:30 am for a free blood pressure screening. You can also stop by the Fitness
Center at any time to have your blood pressure taken by a fitness monitor.
Stepping On –Improve Your Balance/Reduce Falls

Stepping On is a falls-prevention program that draws on current
evidence for falls prevention. The program has been proven to reduce falls. Guest experts are invited: vision expert, pharmacist, pedestrian safety expert, PT/OT, etc. Free Class! Sign up in the free program binder. Space is limited.
