Travel With Seven Oaks in 2024


Seven Oaks Senior Center offers a variety of day and overnight trips throughout the year. Feel free to stop by or call during office hours to talk with a travel coordinator. Trips are open to adults of all ages however those over 60 years old are required to become members of the center to travel with the center. Priority registration is given to center members.

The first two weeks after a trip is announced is reserved for center members to sign up. After that time non-members may register.  To sign up for a trip, please stop by the travel desk and complete a reservation envelope. Check or money order is the preferred method of payment.

All trips depart from the Weiss Shopping Center at Joppa Rd & Seven Courts unless otherwise noted.

Travel Policies

  • Trips are open to the public 18 years and older. All travelers over​  60 years of age must be a member or register to be a member of Seven Oaks Senior Center to travel with us. The first two weeks that a trip is advertised are reserved for center members to sign up.
  •  Request for special ADA accommodations must be made when you sign up for a trip.
  • A liability waiver must be signed by each traveler for each trip.
  • Waiver forms are labeled and located at the travel desk.  Please place the signed waiver form in the labeled spot.
  • Signing up at a trip. 
  • Fill out a white or green (for Casino trips) envelope with your information and all the details of the trip.  Use trip flier if needed.  All checks must be made out to Seven Oaks Senior Center Council.  One check per trip per individual (Spouses may write one check.)   Put your payment inside the envelope, seal and place the envelope in the black lock box on the wall near the travel desk.  Travelers without insurance will only receive a refund if a replacement can be found.  Travel insurance is recommended for overnight trips.   Brochures for travel insurance are in the 2 drawers in the travel desk (they are labeled). Trip insurance is not required but is encouraged.  You obtain trip insurance by contacting the company directly.  Once we send in your final payment for the trip, you cannot receive a refund without trip insurance.

Cost:  $38 with No Rebate,  Bus leaves Weis 10 am.  Boards at Casino 3:30 pm.


  • Thursday,  March 28 Sight & Sound:  Daniel & Lunch at Miller's Smorgasbord  

Cost:  $187, Deposit $80.  Balance $107 due 2/16. Bus leaves Weis 9 am.  Returns around 5:30 pm.   


  • Tuesday April 9 A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza  

Cost:  $173 Deposit $60.  Balance $113 du 3/15.  Bus leaves Weis 7 am.  Returns around 8:30 pm. 


  • Thursday -Tuesday, April 18-23 *Nashville, Tennessee  

Cost: $1,270 PP/Double; $1,720 PP/Single Deposit $300. 2nd Payment $600 due 1/19. Balance $370/$820 due 3/7.  Bus leaves 8 am on 4/18.  Returns around 6 pm on 4/23.  


  •  Wednesday, April 24 Caesar's Casino Atlantic City  

Cost: $50 with $20 Rebate Bus leaves Weis 8 am.  Boards at Casino 5 pm.

Cost: $ 2,999 PP/Double; $3,999 PP/Single

Cost: $120, Depost $55.  Balance $65 due 8/12. Bus leaves Weis 10 am.  Returns around 6 pm.

Cost: $822 PP/Double; $1,009 PP/Single  Deposit $200.  Balance $622 PP/Double; $809/Single due 7/8. Bus leaves Weis 7 am on 9/23.  Returns around 6:30 pm on 9/26.

  • Rockettes Christmas Spectacular
